Organizing and managing files
Publications are sourced from a content file, and a configuration file. The content file usually includes different modules. The configuration file includes rules for publishing.
A workspace is created by the system administrator. The workspace, displayed as a file library in the interface, acts as the collection point for the content, module, configuration, and image files of several publications for the given documentation project.
Within a workspace, publications for a product may be organized into publication groups.
