Inserting secondary index term
The procedure in this topic assumes Skribenta is installed and configured for normal operation, and:

You have logged into Skribenta.

You are assigned to one of the following user roles: content provider, technical writer or administrator.

You have selected the workspace you want to work in.

A content file or a configuration file is created in the workspace.

You have browsed to and opened the file in the Workspace view or the Publications view.

The file has an XML element that can contain text, such as a paragraph, a title, or a table caption.

The XML element contains a primary index term.
You need to insert a secondary index term in your file content.
It is possible to add index terms which are used to build an index. An index term is represented by an indexterm element, which can include three levels of index entries: primary, secondary and tertiary. The term on the highest level - primary - are shown as the primary term in the index, while the terms of lower levels - secondary and tertiary - are listed below the primary term in the index. This gives the index a structure in terms of main terms and sub terms.

1. Make sure that the step(s) in section "Starting point" (see section "Background" above) are performed.
A secondary element is created.
