Starting point

The procedure in this topic assumes Skribenta is installed and configured for normal operation, and:

You have logged into Skribenta.
You are assigned to one of the following user roles: content provider, technical writer or administrator.
You have selected the workspace you want to work in.
You have created a publication.

Select a publication group, then show the total publication tree structure and filter it.

1. Make sure that the step(s) in section "Starting point" (see section "Background" above) are performed.

2. On the Aspect toolbar, click Publications.

The Publications view opens.

3. In the Publications view, select a publication group.

4. On the top toolbar, click Tree.

The total publication tree structure for the selected publication group is displayed in a pop-up window.

5. Type characters to filter the total publication tree structure.

6. In the pop-up window, select the publication of interest.

The publication tree structure is expanded to the selected publication.

Alternative procedure: Filtering publication structure to find a publication using the publication group toolbar

1. Make sure that the step(s) in section "Starting point" (see section "Background" above) are performed.

2. On the Aspect toolbar, click Publications.

The Publications view opens.

3. In the Publications view, browse to a publication group and right-click it.

A pop-up list opens.

4. In the pop-up list, select the publication group icon.

The Publication group toolbar opens.

5. On the Publication group toolbar, click Tree.

The total publication tree structure for the selected publication group is displayed in a pop-up window.

6. Type characters to filter the total publication tree structure.

7. In the pop-up window, select the publication of interest.

The publication tree structure is expanded to the selected publication.
