Turning the resource version icons on or off

Starting point

The procedure in this topic assumes Skribenta is installed and configured for normal operation, and:

You have logged into Skribenta.
You are assigned to one of the following user roles: content provider, technical writer or administrator.
You have selected the workspace you want to work in.
A content file or a configuration file is created in the workspace.

Or
An image file is created (by uploading or dragging-and-dropping it) in the workspace.

Or
A folder is created in the workspace.

Your need

You want to see the version designation of your workspace resources directly in the Navigator frame. You can then quickly see which resource versions that are set and if the resources are checked in or not.

2. To turn the version icons on or off:

Press Ctrl+Alt+V,

select or clear View > Versions on the top toolbar.
