Getting the comparison in published output
The procedure in this topic assumes Skribenta is installed and configured for normal operation, and:

You have logged into Skribenta.

You are assigned to one of the following user roles: content provider, technical writer or administrator.

You have selected the workspace you want to work in.

A folder is created in the workspace.

The publication or the workspace has been checked in to create a version to compare.
You want to publish a comparison of the content of two publication editions.
It is possible to publish a comparison of the content of two publication editions. The comparison can be detailed or not detailed.
This instruction tells you how to publish a comparison of the content of publication editions.

Right-click the publication, select editions to compare and then publish.

Procedure
1. Make sure that the step(s) in section "Starting point" (see section "Background" above) are performed.
2. Browse to your publication in the Publication view.
A pop-up list opens.
The Publication toolbar opens.
The View tab opens on the Publish tab.
A list of editions are displayed.
The listed editions can be workspace or checked in publication (CIP) editions.
7. Click to select the edition to publish.
The Compare tab opens.
A list of editions is displayed.
The listed editions can be workspace or checked in publication (CIP) editions.
